Eating Disorders

Whether you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or are stuck in a cycle of chronic dieting and disordered eating, I can help you relearn how to adequately nourish your mind, body, and spirit to set you up for health, healing, and recovery.

Together we will to address the many potential causes of the eating disorder or disordered eating, while bringing your body back into nutritional balance and teaching you how to trust your body once again. While working with me, we will use a mindful, non-diet, and intuitive eating approach.

Treatment is available for:

Anorexia nervosa
Bulimia nervosa
Binge eating disorder
Orthorexia
Compulsive and emotional eating
Body image distortion
Exercise addiction
Otherwise specified feeding and eating disorders

Treatment of an eating disorder or disordered eating often requires a multi-disciplinary approach. I will work closely with your health care provider, therapist, psychologist, or any other disciplines involved. This coordination of care ensures that every aspect of the eating disorder or disordered eating is being addressed and leads you down the path to sustainable recovery.
